2 parts Licor 43
1 Part Vodka
1 part fresh squeezed Key lime juice
2 parts Milk/creme/half and half (whatever you have)
1 drop vanilla extract (the real stuff, not artificial or "vanilla vodka"
1 tsp sugar (more depending on the key lime juice)
For garnishing: Graham Cracker Crumbs and some Zest from Key Limes
Put in shaker with ice, shake well, the milk should be just slightly foamy. Pour into martini glass rimmed with graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle a little key lime zest on top and serve. Alternative garnishes are a maraschino cherry, slice of lime, or oreo cookie crumbs.
