I am very sorry this has happened. Our lawyer received a "Cease and Desist" order from DJ Doran, the former publisher of Latitudes & Attitudes. It seem he still wants to fuck with us. If you have any comments you'd like to send him, his email is: dj@sextantpublishing.com.

Jody and I are VERY sorry this is happening. But we have to comply or we would e in breach... legal shit..

Gary Peterson is helping me right now by adding a comment which will help you get thru the stupid re-registering. Once again, Jody & I apologize for all this. If we hadn't been so stupid we wouldn't bo going thru all this. Guess we wouldn't be going bankrupt either!

See you at the next Cruising Outpost event.

Sept 7, Alameda, CA
Sept 15, Newport RI
Oct. 4-8, Annapolis, MD
Nov. 30-Dec2, St. Pete. (By the way, SAIL Magazine has taken over the party there, and it is for exhibitors and VIP's pnly, so alas, there will be no cruisers party! Show Managements parent company bought SAIL))

There's been another glitch causing all members to have to re-register a new password. Enter your username then hit "forgot password" and fill it out. It'll send you a new password that you can copy and paste back onto this board. After that you can visit your "user control panel" to reset your password. To do this you click on "User Control Board" then click on "Profile" then click on "Edit Account Settings" then enter your newly sent password from your e-mail under what reads "Current Password", you can now enter your "New Password and your Password conformation" then hit "Submit"....Welcome aboard

I say let's find a sympathetic cruisers lawyer, take up a collection and stuff this fag. Get the Lats and Atts name back and all and send this sperm gargler back to the bath house with a blood soaked condom hanging out of his stretched out asshole.

Hi Bob,

Sorry to hear that DJ's not satisfied with just having destroyed L&A and BK'ing you and Jody. Hope you can resolve the legal shit quickly and favorably.

Is CO, or some other organization, going to pick up the Cruiser's Weekend at Catalina in October? Been some discussion on other boards by people planning to go. Let me know and I can relay the info. Hope to see you there if you can pull it off. The focs'l on my Catalina 380 might be a bit small for a guy your size but you and Jody are welcome to it if you need a ride to the island.

Jim

Hang in there Bob, Would expect no less from an angry person. He needs to man Up but guess that will not happen. He will go down in flames and will be interesting to watch.

Hang tough Bob. When it comes to lawyers and those who hide behind them just remember not to wrestle with the pigs, you all get dirty and the pigs enjoy it.

Cheers,
Lucky Larry
